I’m starting to put together a new website to show some of the work I’ve been shooting on film recently. I’ve been enjoying shooting more on film over the last few years and now almost exclusively so. It’s how I started out and how I first enjoyed shooting and it’s been great getting back to that and slowing down. Leaving photoshop behind, apart from removing dust or a crop and rotate (basically stuff you can do in the darkroom) has left me with much more time to get out and spend more time doing what I actually enjoy. Taking pictures! I’ve nothing against retouching, but I’m doing my photography purely for enjoyment and it’s not a part of it I particularly enjoy. It’s been nice to take the photo and leave it there and move on. More to come soon!
